Principal Designer | Owner, Mindi Person, graduated from the University of Washington College of Architecture and Urban Planning in 1988 and has been designing custom homes and renovations for more than 30 years. Mindi also has extensive construction front office experience as estimator, purchasing manager and office manager – which is an asset when working to value engineer projects from a design standpoint. Her work has evolved over the years to encompass many styles of architecture, however, her personal style leans into the contemporary, modern – especially mountain style homes of the Pacific Northwest.
In 2020, Emma Kristoferson, School of Design and Construction | WSU ’20, joined Mindi to expand our firm and brings a focus on details and a streamlined modern aesthetic with a touch of Scandinavian design.
In 2021, Eastlake added full interior design to our repertoire with the addition of Rachel King, School of Interior Design | WSU ’90. Rachel brings a richness of materials and color that elevate our homes to the next level of beautiful livability.
