Principal Designer | Owner, Mindi Person 

is a graduate of

the University of Washington College of Architecture 

and Urban Planning '88

Mindi has been designing custom homes and renovations for more than 35 years. She also leads with her extensive construction front office experience as estimator, purchasing manager and office manager – which is an asset when working to value engineer projects from a design standpoint. Her work has evolved over the years to encompass many styles of architecture, however, her personal style leans into the contemporary, modern – rustic especially mountain style homes of the Pacific Northwest.
